Simply put….its thanks for the memories Morag….however there aren’t words to sufficiently sum up the debt of gratitude that Hawick RFC, the players, the physio’s and committee owe to you over the last 12 years of your unstinting service as our doctor. A good doctor doesn’t just look after the physical condition of their players, they are there with support and encouragement and to aid the lads when they are down with injuries and help them plan their recovery and focus on the future and getting back onto the pitch. You are the template for what a great sports doctor should strive for, and the sooner the SRU truly recognise that, the better! Your astute knowledge and swift recognition of players injuries both during games, and there after has helped protect many from even further harm, and that is the true mark of your ability.

Your cheery disposition and easy manner have allowed you to seamlessly earn the trust, respect and lasting friendship of all ‘your’ players, your physio’s and everyone associated with the club over so many years.
