Heriots skipper Ruairidh Leishman was honoured and delighted to take charge of the Norman Suddon Memorial Shield from Norman’s son Keith yesterday as Heriots defeated Hawick at Mansfield Park. Also in the picture is Norman’s widow Christine and daughter Tracey.

The Shield is played for annually by our two great clubs, Hawick having won it on the two previous occasion’s it has been contested, since its inauguration in season 22/23.🏉💚💙
